CHEF’S EDITION is our new product line where culinary creativity meets street food soul. To bring to your kitchen what people are eating on the streets, we’ve teamed up with top chefs who live and breathe bold flavours – creating new exciting world food and flavours.
We created the Chef’s Edition as a line built around big flavour and the buzz of street markets around the globe. Designed to make a big impact with minimal effort, it’s bold, on-trend, and made to move fast in real kitchens. It gives you the tools to stay ahead, surprise your customers, and keep your menus packed with flavour and energy .

THE CHEF

Born in a small village in southern Vietnam, Thuy’s earliest memories are filled with the tantalising aroma of simmering broths, fresh garden herbs and home cooking that was all about heart and soul. After moving to London as a child she held onto those flavours, with each dish creating a delicious link back to home. Today she’s the chef-owner of The Little Viet Kitchen, author of two acclaimed cookbooks and one of the UK’s leading voices in Vietnamese cuisine.

OUR CREATIONS

Now, Thuy teamed up with The Street Food Company for the Chef’s Edition, creating two bold, ready-to-use sauces and pastes that capture the flavours she grew up with, making it easy for chefs to do them justice in a busy kitchen.
