Inspired by the smoky aromas of lemongrass marinated meat skewers sizzling over charcoal grills, this bold, aromatic paste blends fragrant lemongrass with warming ginger, savoury soy and toasted sesame. Rich, versatile, and deeply flavourful, it’s perfect as a base for stir-fries and noodle dishes, a marinade for grilled meats and seafood, or stirred into soups and broths for an instant burst of Vietnamese soul.

Run 2 tbsp per portion onto beef slices, chicken thighs, ribs & fish
Mix 1 tbsp with 1 tbsp sweet chilli for gyozas, wings & skewered meats.
Toss 2 tbsp per portion with noodles, pork / chicken with green beans & peppers.
