This sweet, tangy, umami-rich sauce is a bright blend of zesty lime, punchy garlic, chilli and savoury fish sauce. Use it as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, a marinade for grilled meats and seafood, or a bold dressing for noodles and salads.

Sauce with garlic, lime and fish sauce
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, FISH Sauce (Water, Salt, Anchovy (FISH), Sugar) (26%), Lime Juice (15%), Red Peppers, Garlic (2%), Garlic Powder (<1%), Corn Starch, Lime Zest (<1%)
