Cuban Chimichurri pays homage to the Argentinian parilla steakhouses but with a Cuban twist.
A popular condiment for charred churrasco steaks and smoky chorizo choripán, Chimichurri is traditionally made only with parsley, but the “Cubanized” version adds coriander and we’ve further added mint to create our very own vibrant Street Food version! Our Cuban Chimichurri is patiently layer cooked to release the herb aromatics and, coupled with a kick of chilli, it is Latin American-Caribbean fusion at its best!

Chimichurri with mint, parsley and coriander
INGREDIENTS: Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Mint (6%), Parsley (6%), Coriander (6%), Garlic, SOY Sauce (Water, SOYABEANS, WHEAT, Salt), Tomato Puree, Salt, Black Pepper, Concentrated Lime Juice, Chillies, Corn Starch

Add 1 tbsp to burgers, hotdogs & steaks
Mix 1 tbsp with 1 tbsp mayo for wraps, sandwiches & salads
