Nasi Goreng Paste recalls our backpacking food adventures in Yogyarkarta in Java, Indonesia and the amazing Nasi Goreng we ate at Beringharjo Pak Tedjo, a legendary stall that has been serving this dish since 1968! We use a sticky dark soy to give our Nasi Goreng Paste the quintessential sweetness of Javanese cooking, layer cooked with piquant chilli and zesty ginger for aroma and tropical heat.

Sweet soy and chilli paste with ginger
INGREDIENTS: Water, Garlic, SOY Sauce (Water, SOYABEANS, WHEAT, Salt), Onion, Sweet SOY Sauce (Sugar, Water, Salt, SOYABEANS, WHEAT) (10%), Rapeseed Oil, Tomato Puree, FISH Sauce (Water, Salt, Anchovy (FISH), Sugar), Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Tamarind Paste, Vegetable Bouillon (Potato, Salt, Sugar, Leek Extracts, Tomato Powder, Spices, Herbs, Laurel, White Pepper, Carrot Powder, Parsley Extracts), Dried SHRIMP (SHRIMP (CRUSTACEANS), Salt), Ginger (1%), Corn Starch, Concentrated Lime Juice, Salt, Chillies (<1%)
